Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in the Asia Pickleball Summit (APS), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

  • All participants must complete full registration and payment to gain access to summit activities.

  • APS reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any aspect of the event, including its format, content, or schedule, without prior notice.

2. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to maintain professionalism and respect towards others at all times.

  • APS retains the right to deny entry or remove any individual found violating event rules or engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

3. Use of Likeness

  • By attending the summit, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by APS for promotional and documentation purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, media coverage, and post-event highlights.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All summit content, including presentations, materials, logos, and recordings, are the intellectual property of APS or their respective owners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • APS is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during or as a result of attending the summit. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Services

  • APS may utilize third-party service providers (e.g., ticketing, payment processing, logistics). APS assumes no responsibility for issues arising from third-party service engagements.

7. Event Amendments

  • APS reserves the right to make adjustments to speakers, content, schedules, or venues as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated via our official channels.


Refund Policy

APS adopts a clear and transparent non-refundable ticketing policy, with limited flexibility through ticket transfers.

1. No Refunds

  • All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Ticket Transfers

  • Registered participants who are unable to attend may transfer their ticket to another individual. Notification and transfer details must be submitted to APS in writing prior to the event.
